Hello House Hunters !
My name is Dean Leonardi. I am a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of New York. I have over 12 years of experience in the design, inspection, construction and rehabilitation of large facilities, including special types of historic buildings.
My experience also includes 8 years of rigorous work evaluating private homes for purchase. I am a Certified Certainteed (www.certainteed.com) Master Craftsman Vinyl Siding Installer, and a Certified Certainteed Master Shingle Applicator Wizard (highest level) Roofing Installer. I also have residential remodeling experience including rough carpentry, finish carpentry, plumbing and heating, electrical installations, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing and siding installations.
The reason that I mention the contruction experience and my Certainteed Certifications is to highlight my balance of design and construction experience, which I use in evaluating houses for my clients.
